The Shadecrafters Club is the on-line extension of Maude's Lampshade Crafter's Handbook and gives you access to the club site, however this site is in need of updating and is now included with the book (it was $5 extra). The discussion board is down, and some links may be broken, but everything below still applies, and I'm always available if you have questions.

Although there's a list of supply sources that comes with the book, there's a much more extensive and ever-expanding list on the club site, including sources for lampshade frames and rings, new, reproduction, and vintage fabrics and trims, beaded and rayon fringe, all kinds of embellishments and embellishment supplies (beads, buttons, feathers, etc.), hardback supplies (including decorative, Asian, and art paper), sources for instructions and supplies for various decorative techniques (including smocking, embroidery, silk painting and dyeing), sewing supplies, lamp parts, and more.
